Common Ground provides landscape maintenance services to American Ranch, Centex, Del Webb, the Hassayampa Village Community, the Legacy Apartments, Prescott Lakes, Pronghorn and Southview, to name a few.
Many compliments to your company and your staff! Specifically to Marc Vetere and Joe (I don’t know his last name, so let’s just call him “9 lives”).
I’d never entered such a large contract, and of course was anxious during the bidding process. Along with Marc (referred by Josh Crothers from StoneRidge), I interviewed 4 other local firms. It was hard to decide between Marc and one other . . . but when I requested more information, Marc maintained a professional and enthusiastic manner. I have owned my own sales firm, with over 100 associates, and these are traits I highly respect. Marc has kept in touch, and helped me out in ways I did not expect, past the completion of the job. Kudos to you Marc!
Joe made me feel comfortable from the start. No matter the request, he was always courteous, and never patronizing (though I did get a little “ribbing”!) His knowledge is obvious, and I appreciated that he was on-site for that vast majority of the work. Joe took the time to assure that designs were well executed, and thought of many things that I did not.
Daniel and the rest of the crew were also very hard working. A neighbor of mine (who always had an “eye-out”) made repeated comments to me about how impressed she was with the consistency and manners (even when we were out) of everyone who worked at the property. We are quite happy with our completed landscaping, and are glad that we hired Common Ground. You made the process as “enjoyable” as such a project can be.
With Many Thanks,
Shawn Miller
We were very pleased to have Common Ground give us a landscaping proposal that was factual and accurate and acceptable to us as a re-do.
The subsequent construction and the furnished labor and materials caught the eye of our friends even before the work was complete; the prior landscaping was the yardstick.
Common Ground did so much better work and service than the former landscaper; now, the re-do or first-do by this company is recommended to any who contemplate class results.

I want to commend you and your work crew for the excellent job you did to repair the erosion damage that the recent monsoon storms caused to my landscaping and to create beautiful river-rock stream beds to help with water runoff.
The crew were prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional, and they went the extra mile to locate the sprinkler-system end caps and to troubleshoot a leak in the system. I appreciate that the crew remained here until the leak was repaired, explained the process of flushing the sprinkler system for winter, and weeded, cleaned and raked the entire area after you were finished.
Thank you for taking on an erosion nightmare and turning it into a lovely yet practical landscape design. I’ll definitely call Common Ground again when I need additional landscaping service.

Barbara and I want to thank you for all of your assistance in accomplishing the landscaping of our new home.
Your personal advice and guidance in recommending the landscape plan were especially invaluable to us, as we recently moved from another area and were unfamiliar with plantings and groundcover best suited to the southwestern terrain.
The quality of the plantings, the materials used and the professionalism of your crew were outstanding and we are most pleased with the end result.
We have no qualms in recommending Common Ground Services to anyone in need of residential landscaping and have already done so. As you know, our neighbors have already contacted you after seeing the results at our house. Thank you again for an outstanding job, and we look forward to a continued relationship in the area of maintenance.

On behalf of our residents, the Montana Estates community Association wish to thank you for the fine job by Common Ground on our beautiful new entrance. Your company and the men assigned to the project made a beautiful reality of the landscape plan. The Board of Directors are grateful for your willingness to include us throughout the planning and the progression to its conclusion.
Yours,
MECA Board of Directors
This spring and summer, the Town, along with local contractors, Asphalt Paving & Supply and Common Ground Services completed a rebuilding of the Frontage Road from Prescott East Highway to the west. This project has been several years in the making, and the end result was well worth the results.
We at Franklin school would like to commend your inspector Brian Kelly, the AP&S foreman Bob Hoyt, and Common Ground Services superintendent Marc Ventere, for the terrific job they did. All of these gentlemen were willing to work around the school schedules and accommodate our needs for extra parking during school performances and activities. They went out of their way to help us get through the trauma of school year end and still keep to their work schedule.
As we prepare to open our new school year, we are immensely grateful for the new look on the Frontage Road, and especially for the additional parking. We feel the project has added to the community and look forward to seeing the rest of the frontage road improved to this positive move to present our town in such a manner.
Please acknowledge the terrific job these gentlemen have done.
Sincerely,
Candy Andrews

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company, Common Ground Services, LLC for excellent work performed for the City of Prescott.
As recently as last month (March 2007) your company was contracted to landscape the City's Marina street project. The project consisted of retaining walls, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter and a challenging landscape design by Mr. Barnabas Kane & Associated, all completed within budget and on time.
The City requested Common Ground to relocate several trees installed by your company on the Lee Boulevard Detention Basin project which according to Mr. Kane "weren't just right". At your companies expense the trees were relocated even though they had been previously (7 months) accepted, at no additional expense to the City.
The City is looking forward to future projects with Common Ground Services, LLC and would recommend there work to all.
Respectfully,
Craig "Craiger" Taylor
